Tempest K-Drama Unveils New Poster Ahead of September 10 Premiere

The upcoming Disney+ drama Tempest has dropped a powerful new poster, giving fans a glimpse of the suspense and tension that awaits. Set against a dramatic city skyline at sunset, the poster showcases its star-studded ensemble, each character standing with a mix of determination and mystery.

Tempest tells the gripping story of a former UN diplomat who gets caught in a conspiracy after a presidential assassination attempt. She teams up with a mysterious mercenary to uncover the truth, setting the stage for a spy thriller filled with secrets, danger, and unexpected alliances.

Cast and Characters Short Intro:

Jun Ji-hyun as Seo Mun-ju: A skilled former UN ambassador and diplomat who becomes entangled in a deadly conspiracy after a presidential assassination attempt. Intelligent, determined, and fearless, she risks everything to uncover the truth.

Gang Dong-won as Baek San-ho: A mysterious mercenary with a hidden past. He crosses paths with Seo Mun-ju and becomes both her protector and unpredictable partner in uncovering the conspiracy.

John Cho as Daniel: An influential figure working behind the scenes, with unclear loyalties. His involvement in the political scheme makes him one of the most intriguing characters.

Lee Mi-sook as Yoon Hye-rim: A powerful and cunning political leader with secrets that could shift the balance of power.

Park Hae-joon as Jung Hyun-woo: A high-ranking government official caught between duty and survival as the conspiracy unfolds.

Kim Hae-sook as Madam Choi: A seasoned political strategist whose wisdom hides her own dangerous agenda.

Yoo Jae-myung as Han Byung-soo: A security official with ties to the conspiracy. His loyalty and motivations remain questionable.

Oh Jung-se as Park Jin-ho: A shrewd intelligence officer who may hold the key to the puzzle.

With Jun Ji-hyun, Gang Dong-won, John Cho, and an incredible supporting cast leading the drama, Tempest is already one of the most highly anticipated K-dramas of the year. The series will premiere on September 10 with three episodes released on launch day, followed by two episodes weekly until October 1.
