SBS Drops First Stills From Would You Marry Me

SBS has unveiled the first still cuts of its upcoming Friday–Saturday romantic comedy Would You Marry Me, giving fans a glimpse of the charm and chemistry between the lead cast. The drama is set to premiere on October 10, 2025, at 9:50 PM KST.

Everything We Know So Far

Would You Marry Me tells the story of Kim Woo-joo (Choi Woo-shik), a math genius turned financial worker, and Yoo Meri (Jung So-min), a determined young woman desperate to win her dream home. The catch? To qualify, they must appear as the perfect newlywed couple for 90 days. What starts as a strategic arrangement soon spirals into a whirlwind of comic misunderstandings, heart-fluttering moments, and unexpected feelings.

Meanwhile, Yoon Jin-kyung (Shin Seulgi), a straightforward and caring doctor, and Baek Sang-hyun (Bae Nara), a charmingly ambitious man, add layers of tension to Woo-joo and Meri’s delicate balance. Seo Beomjun’s character further complicates the “fake marriage,” pushing Woo-joo to confront what (and who) he truly wants. With themes of fake love turning real, ambition, jealousy, and the meaning of home, the drama promises both laughs and heartfelt romance.

If you love romantic comedies with witty banter, sweet awkwardness, and a touch of rivalry, Would You Marry Me will be your next obsession this fall. Get ready to laugh, swoon, and maybe even tear up as the line between pretense and real love begins to blur.
