JTBC’s My Youth Releases Heartwarming Character Poster Ahead of Premiere

JTBC has unveiled a brand-new character poster for its much-anticipated Friday drama My Youth, giving fans a heartwarming glimpse into the world of first love and nostalgia. The poster captures the serene yet emotional aura of the characters, teasing the bittersweet story of young romance revisited in adulthood.

My Youth tells the story of four individuals whose lives and letters intertwine as they look back on their teenage years. Song Joong-ki plays Sun-woo Hae, a novelist and florist seeking peace; Chun Woo-hee stars as Sung Je-yeon, a driven professional who crosses paths with her past love; Lee Joo-myung takes on Mo Tae-rin, a passionate former actress; and Seo Ji-hoon portrays Kim Seok-ju, a gentle soul tied to memories of first love.

With themes of healing, reconnection, and the emotional pull of being nineteen, My Youth is set to deliver a heartfelt journey that blends nostalgia with new beginnings. The drama will premiere on September 5, 2025 at 8:50 p.m. KST, airing two consecutive episodes every Friday on JTBC. International fans can catch it on major streaming platforms.

Character Intro: Sun-woo Hae (Song Joong-ki) – Once a child star, he has now settled into life as a novelist and florist. Calm and introspective, he hides a tender longing for the past and the person he once loved.

Sung Je-yeon (Chun Woo-hee) – A determined team leader at an entertainment agency. Outwardly strong and ambitious, but when she reunites with her first love, hidden emotions begin to resurface.

Mo Tae-rin (Lee Joo-myung) – A former child actress who still carries her youthful dreams. Spirited and hopeful, she once admired Seok-ju from afar and now finds herself drawn back to him.

Kim Seok-ju (Seo Ji-hoon) – A sincere and steady tax accountant. His quiet warmth makes him a grounding presence, but his heart still remembers the innocent days of first love.

The release of the character poster has already stirred excitement online, with viewers eager to see Song Joong-ki’s return to romance and the ensemble’s chemistry in this touching series.
